Nor are they transferable from year to year. Once you are signed up, race fees are used for race expenses and cannot be returned.

In consideration of accepting this entry, I understand and agree to be legally bound hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors and waive, release and hold harmless Turkey Trot Race Committee Inc. d/b/a The Garden City Turkey Trot, The Race Committee members, The Town of Garden City, elitefeats inc., and any volunteers and all race sponsors and their agents, employees and representatives for any and all injuries, claims, liabilities and causes of action related to my participation in this event. I attest that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for the completion of this event and that my condition has been verified by a licensed medical doctor. I further grant permission to any of the foregoing organizations to take and use photographs, video, and recordings or any other record of this event for any purpose whatsoever.

If signed by a parent, the parent agrees to release and hold the above-named organizations and persons harmless of any claims which may be asserted by or on behalf of the entrant as well.

BIB PICKUP

Please help us by picking up your race number and timing chip on Wednesday evening. It's quick and easy with parking right outside the field house door!

RACE DAY PICKUP
Thanksgiving Day 11/27 beginning 8:00 AM
If you cannot pick up your race number until the morning of the race, we recommend that you leave ample time to park and get to the field house at least 60 minutes prior to the start time of your race.

  • Hurry; Register 3 weeks in advance to get a personalized Race Number!
  • You must know your bib number in order to pick up your bib. If you do not know your bib number there will be a Self Lookup area. 
  • If you register within 24 hours of bib pickup you will be texted your bib number within 90 seconds or click on Bib Lookup above.
