It's all about honesty! Keep track of your distance in the following ways:
Laps on a track (4 laps = 1 Mile)
Treadmill for Run/Walk
Peloton for Bike
Find a Certified USATF Course
Some run/walk events display course maps at elitefeats.com
Many parks have measured 'fitness' trails open to the public
Many state parks have bicycle paths/trails
Download free app Strava & hit 'Record'
Garmin, Polar, Apple Watch, any smart-watch has you covered!
After figuring out how far you went check the "Challenge How To" below for logging them!
1. Get out for your Run/Walk/Bike daily or whenever you'd like
2. Starting on THE FIRST DAY OF WINTER (Dec 21st) - click on this event
3. Search for your name & click UPDATE
4. Follow instructions provided to enter your time
5. Upload up to 2 selfies/photos a day
