In the spirit of the event the miles that you get from steps taken during the day do not count.
Miles intentionally run/walked from point A to point B, covering a distance, do.

Treadmill for Run/Walk or Peloton for Bike
Find a Certified USATF Course
Some run/walk events display course maps at elitefeats.com
Many parks have measured 'fitness' trails open to the public
Many state parks have bicycle paths/trails
Download free app Strava & hit 'Record'
Smart watches like Garmin, Polar, Apple and so on have you covered too!

3. Search for your name & click UPDATE
4. Follow instructions provided to enter your time

Have a friend that wants to participate or are you registering late? That's OKAY, you can backdate your miles!
If you register after June 19, allow up to 24 hours to begin posting your times.
Teams will be listed as Total Miles for 2+ Members and Average Miles by 4+ Members.
