Break 200 Run/Walk Miles and/or 1000 Bike Miles
Or Set Your Own Goal

Then rack up as many miles as you can until the last day of Summer!

Let us inspire you this Summer. Put together a team, or go solo in this summer-long run, walk, and/or biking challenge. Set your distance goal, and do your best to meet and maybe even exceed it. 
(We set it to 200 & 1000 miles, but ANY distance is a goal!)

Never Stop Running Foundation is a 501(c)3: Supporting athletic and charitable events as they raise awareness and foster community involvement as well as encouraging and promoting Olympic development for local emerging elite and post-collegiate runners.


DISTANCE TRACKING

In the spirit of the event the miles that you get from steps taken during the day do not count. 
Miles intentionally run/walked from point A to point B, covering a distance, do.
It's all about honesty!

Find a Certified USATF Course
Some run/walk events display course maps at elitefeats.com
Many parks have measured 'fitness' trails open to the public
Many state parks have bicycle paths/trails
Download free app Strava & hit 'Record'

1. Get out for your Run/Walk/Bike daily or whenever you'd like
2. Starting on THE FIRST DAY OF SUMMER visit elitefeats.com/results
3. Search for your name & click UPDATE
4. Follow instructions provided to enter your time

JUNE 20 Start posting your times - Registering late? Yes, you can backlog your miles.
AUGUST 1ST Swag start shipping out

Finisher Certificates ship to those who make or break their goals starting at the end of September.

Have a friend that wants to participate or are you registering late? That's OKAY, you can backdate your miles!
If you register after June 19, allow up to 24 hours to begin posting your times.

ROSTER COUNT FOR TEAM CHALLENGE

Teams will be listed as Total Miles for 2+ Members and Average Miles by 4+ Members.
