This event is open to the public. You do not need to be a member of the Adelphi community to participate in this 5K/Kids Fun Run.

COVID-19 Information:
All individuals coming to the Garden City campus must complete the same-day health screening. At race registration, you will be asked to show a green screen on your device or printed proof of their result.

All individuals must wear an acceptable face covering or mask while on campus. 5K participants can remove masks when at the starting line/while running/walking.

AMENITIES

All participants receive refreshments and a T-Shirt!
Jogging Strollers are permitted.

CHECK-IN

Runners must check-in and pick up race materials at the registration table outside of the Nexus Building (NEX) the day of the races. Registration will open at 8:00 a.m.

DAY OF SCHEDULE

Children ages 2-7 are invited to participate in the Fun Run at 9 a.m.
Kids Fun Run – 9a.m.
Panthers for a Cause 5K – 9:30 a.m.

FEES

Kids Fun Run (ages 2-7): Free, but registration is required
5K Run/Walk: $25 ($30 on race day)
STUDENTS: $10

EARLY REGISTRANTS (before start day) can start posting times ON start day!
LATE REGISTRANTS (after start day) allow up to 24 hours to post times.
BIB MAILING begins Monday prior to start day. If you register after this, please allow 3-5 business days to receive.
You don't need the bib to participate, it's a keepsake!
