This is an informal and fun training run to check out the 5K and 15K courses.

The routes are a mixture of pavement, dirt roads, and hard-packed trails that a vehicle can drive on. Please see below for the course map! Note the 15K will go through Blydenburgh Park, do a two-loop circuit on the roads north of the park, and then return by the Blydenburgh lake for about 1.5 miles.
