Registration and check-in: 7:45 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. on Riverside Blvd. Beach

One Mile Ocean Swim at Riverside Boulevard, Long Beach, NY

Swimmers must be 14 years of age or older for the One Mile Swim.
All participants must be able to swim the course in 55 minutes or less

Pre-Registration: $35
Active Long Beach Lifeguard: $20

The swim takes place rain or shine – the Race Director reserves the right to cancel or move this event to the bay due to unsafe conditions
