Equality New York First Inaugural Virtual 5K

Equality New York (EQNY) is an advocacy organization that unites the social and political voices of the LGBTQI communities throughout New York State. We work to advance equality and justice for LGBTQI New Yorkers and their families.
The Equality New York’s Inaugural 5K is a chance to run in support of advancing the lives of all LGBTQI New Yorkers. All levels of runners will take to the streets and parks to compete in a 5K run supporting getting LGBTQI-focused policy passed in New York State.
We will be using #NYEqualityRun on social media. Share all registration, photos, and fundraising progress using that hashtag.
Awards and Prizes
Participants can compete for the following awards that come with sponsored prizes:
- Best Costume: dress up and share your creative looks;
- Best Team: gather some pals and run/walk as a group;
- Best Companion Animal: bring your animals along for your run;
- Most Unique Run/Walk Location: let us see your beautiful views;
To enter: register and then upload a picture and you will be entered to win!
*Prizes to be determined, winners will be selected at EQNY’s discretion

3. Search for your name - click UPDATE.
4. Enter your time.
5. OPTIONAL upload selfie and/or photo (up to 5 photos!)
