COVID-19 Safety Precautions & Safety Standards
All event attendees must ALWAYS wear masks except for when running in the event. Cupid’s Chase staff and volunteers will wear masks for duration of event as well as self-check their temperature while recording results.

Event attendees must have temperature checked by Cupid’s Chase staff member upon arrival at event

IF temperature is recorded at 100 degrees or more, participant must leave event.
Children 3 and under do not need to have temperature taken.

Participants will adhere to social distancing guidelines of remaining 6 feet apart while waiting for event to start
Runners will start the race in waves to avoid congestion on course. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in dismissal from event at the discretion of Cupid’s Chase staff/volunteers

No food, snacks or drinks
Instead send runners on their way with power bars, energy drinks etc…

Participant will still receive shirt, finisher medal and bag.
Awards Ceremonies will not take place in person. Instead results will be posted online, and your race day materials will be available for pick up the week prior and after the race’s completion.

Nor are they transferable from year to year. Once you are signed up, race fees are used for race expenses and cannot be returned.

In consideration of accepting this entry, I understand and agree to be legally bound hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors and waive, release and hold harmless Cupid's Chase 5K, Community Options, Allentown, PA, elitefeats inc., and any volunteers and all race sponsors and their agents, employees and representatives for any and all injuries, claims, liabilities and causes of action related to my participation in this event. I attest that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for the completion of this event and that my condition has been verified by a licensed medical doctor. I further grant permission to any of the foregoing organizations to take and use photographs, video, and recordings or any other record of this event for any purpose whatsoever.

If signed by a parent, the parent agrees to release and hold the above-named organizations and persons harmless of any claims which may be asserted by or on behalf of the entrant as well.
