In consideration of accepting this entry, I understand and agree to be legally bound hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors and waive, release and hold harmless St. Anthony's Feast 5K, elitefeats inc., and any volunteers and all race sponsors and their agents, employees and representatives for any and all injuries, claims, liabilities and causes of action related to my participation in this event. I attest that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for the completion of this event and that my condition has been verified by a licensed medical doctor. I further grant permission to any of the foregoing organizations to take and use photographs, video, and recordings or any other record of this event for any purpose whatsoever.

If signed by a parent, the parent agrees to release and hold the above-named organizations and persons harmless of any claims which may be asserted by or on behalf of the entrant as well.

BIB PICKUP

Early Pickup: Friday, June 11 - 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Feast at St. Anthony's – near the pizza booth at the Feast.

Race Day: 8:00AM - Check-In Begins near Start at St. Anthony’s on Anchor Ave.

Register 3 weeks in advance for a personalized bib. Bib number required for pickup; use Self Lookup or Bib Lookup if needed. Last-minute registrants (within 24 hours) will receive their bib number by text within 90 seconds.

Virtual: Bibs mail the Monday prior (allow 3–5 days). Missing by race day? Contact elitefeats.com live chat to confirm your address. Virtual participants who are one of the first 200 registrants may pick up their shirts at the 5K Run Table at the Feast on Friday, June 11th. Sizes are first come, first serve.
