Cupid's Chase 5K takes place every February to celebrate the founding of Community Options in February 1989. Cupid’s Chase raises both funds and awareness for Community Options’ mission of providing residential and employment services to individuals with disabilities. Join us in our support of people with disabilities and our pursuit of Cupid!

I attest that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for the completion of this event and that my condition has been verified by a licensed medical doctor. I further grant permission to any of the foregoing organizations to take and use photographs, video, and recordings or any other record of this event for any purpose whatsoever.

If signed by a parent, the parent agrees to release and hold the above-named organizations and persons harmless of any claims which may be asserted by or on behalf of the entrant as well.

BIB PICKUP

EARLY: Harrisburg Cupid's Chase packet pick up will be held on Wednesday (2/10) and Thursday (2/11) from 9am to 4pm at 2331 Market Street, Camp Hill, PA 17011.

DAY OF: Packets can also be picked up on the day of the event from 8am-10am at the pavilion, next to the Senators baseball stadium on City Island, Harrisburg. Register 3 weeks in advance for a personalized bib. Bib number required for pickup; use Self Lookup or Bib Lookup if needed. Last-minute registrants (within 24 hours) will receive their bib number by text within 90 seconds.
