I attest that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for the completion of this event and that my condition has been verified by a licensed medical doctor. I further grant permission to any of the foregoing organizations to take and use photographs, video, and recordings or any other record of this event for any purpose whatsoever.

If signed by a parent, the parent agrees to release and hold the above-named organizations and persons harmless of any claims which may be asserted by or on behalf of the entrant as well.

BIB PICKUP

Check-in will be at Valley Stream Central Gym, 135 Fletcher Ave, Valley Stream, NY 11580, at 7:30 AM.

Street parking is available in front of and surrounding Central High School. Parking restrictions have been lifted for the event.

Register 3 weeks in advance for a personalized bib. Bib number required for pickup; use Self Lookup or Bib Lookup if needed. Last-minute registrants (within 24 hours) will receive their bib number by text within 90 seconds.

COURSE

The race will begin and end at the gate connecting Valley Stream Central High School to A.J. Hendrickson Park. Participants will proceed north through A.J. Hendrickson Park, cross Hendrickson Avenue into Valley Stream State Park, and continue along the designated loop. The full route will incorporate only the northern loop of the park, and will be completed twice to reach the full 5K (3.1 miles), returning to the Central High School gate for the finish.
