In consideration of accepting this entry, I understand and agree to be legally bound hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors and waive, release and hold harmless The Trinity Games Race for Good, elitefeats inc., and any volunteers and all race sponsors and their agents, employees and representatives for any and all injuries, claims, liabilities and causes of action related to my participation in this event. I attest that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for the completion of this event and that my condition has been verified by a licensed medical doctor. I further grant permission to any of the foregoing organizations to take and use photographs, video, and recordings or any other record of this event for any purpose whatsoever.

If signed by a parent, the parent agrees to release and hold the above-named organizations and persons harmless of any claims which may be asserted by or on behalf of the entrant as well.

FAQ's

Q: Do I need to have a partner lined up right now?
A: Nope! You can register solo and add a partner late. If you don't have someone in mind, we'll help you get paired up with another athlete before race day. Just make a note on your registration that you'd like to be paired up.

Q: Do I need to be a Trinity member?
A:  Not at all. The The Trinity Games is open to the entire NYC community and beyond. You don't need to train at Trinity to take part. You just need the willingness to show up and give it a go.

Q: Do I have to be an athlete or runner?
A: Not at all. The Trinity Games is designed to be approachable whether you're a competitive athlete
or completely new to racing.  Each station is simple by design, and the runs are short enough to be manageable for anyone.

Q: OK...But what if I don't run?
A: That's okay, Each run is only 800m, and you and your partner can take it at your own pace.
Run, jog, or walk if you need to. The important part is moving forward and staying in it with your teammate.

Q: Do I need prior experience racing?
A: No. You don't need experience with hybrid races or competition. Every station will be clearly explained, standards will be judged, and coaches will be on site to guide you.

Q: Will this actually be fun though?
A: Last year every single team that started crossed the finish line. Most of them were asking about next year before they had stopped sweating. So yes.

Q: Are the men required to race with their tops off?
A: Probably our MOST asked question. Don't worry - you can definitely keep your shirt on here without feeling totally out of place.

Q: What is a hybrid fitness race?
A: A hybrid race combines running with functional fitness stations. You alternate between the two throughout the course. It tests your strength and your endurance at the same time. The Trinity Games is designed to be genuinely challenging for people who compete regularly and completely achievable for people who have never raced before.

Q: How much does it cost?
A: Early bird pricing is $179 per team and is available until August 11 at 11:59pm. Full price after that is $229 per team.

Q: Where does my registration go?
A: The Trinity Games gives back to Hunters Point Parks Conservancy and Culture Lab LIC. Two Long Island City nonprofits that maintain the waterfront and keep arts and community programming alive in the neighbourhood.

Q: Are there age divisions?
A: Yes. The Trinity Games has Men's Doubles, Women's Doubles, and Mixed Doubles divisions with age division prizes across all categories.
