Any level of sponsorship of $250 or greater will come with COMPLIMENTARY RACE ENTRY. (Plus, your name will be on the race T-shirt! ) After you make a donation, you will receive your special coupon code to redeem your complimentary race entries through the registration site. In consideration of accepting this entry, I understand and agree to be legally bound hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors and waive, release and hold harmless St. Brigid/Our Lady of Hope Regional School, St. Brigid 5K, Village of Westbury, Nassau County, elitefeats inc., and any volunteers and all race sponsors and their agents, employees and representatives for any and all injuries, claims, liabilities and causes of action related to my participation in this event. I attest that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for the completion of this event and that my condition has been verified by a licensed medical doctor. I further grant permission to any of the foregoing organizations to take and use photographs, video, and recordings or any other record of this event for any purpose whatsoever.

If signed by a parent, the parent agrees to release and hold the above-named organizations and persons harmless of any claims which may be asserted by or on behalf of the entrant as well.

  • Join the dynamic community of StB/OLH to Run, Walk or Stroll the 5K (3.1 mile) course through the beautiful Village of Westbury. For our younger runners, don’t miss the Kids Fun Run.  Awards and fellowship to follow the race.

POST RACE RAFFLE

Every 5K Run/Walk bib number is automatically entered into the Post-Race Raffle. The raffle begins around 10:30 AM, promptly after the 10 AM award ceremony. You must be present to win.

PACKET PICK-UP & RACE DAY LOGISTICS

Location

St. Brigid / Our Lady of Hope Regional School Gym

Pickup Times

Early Pickup: Friday, November 27th, from 6 PM to 8 PM

Race Day: Packet pick up and registration begin at 7:30 AM

Bib Number

Register three (3) weeks in advance for a personalized bib. A bib number is required for pickup — use the Self Lookup or Bib Lookup tool if needed. Last-minute registrants (within 24 hours) will receive their bib number by text within 90 seconds.

Virtual Participants: Bibs are mailed the Monday before race day (allow 3 to 5 days for delivery). If yours has not arrived by race day, contact elitefeats.com live chat to confirm your address.

Registration Cutoffs (Race Day)

Kids Fun Run: closes at 8:20 AM

5K Run/Walk: closes at 8:40 AM


COURSE

A 2-loop course through residential Westbury, starting and finishing on St. Brigid Lane. Chip Time Start / Lap Time is provided.

PARKING

St. Brigid's front parking lot on St. Brigid Lane is closed for the race!
Please use the back parking lot on Drexel Ave or residential street parking.
