Help NOVA Royals Athletic Club, a 501(C)(3) soccer club, in raising funds to support the development of physical, mental, and emotional growth of Northern Virginia youth and adults through the sports of soccer. NOVA Royals Athletic Club provides soccer programs almost at no cost to the players. Our funding relies on donations and an annual fundraising event like this. This year's beneficiaries are Organization for Autism Research (OAR), Upability Foundation, and NOVA Royals Athletic Club.

In consideration of accepting this entry, I understand and agree to be legally bound hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors and waive, release and hold harmless Royals Run 10K/5K/1K Run/Walk, elitefeats inc., and any volunteers and all race sponsors and their agents, employees and representatives for any and all injuries, claims, liabilities and causes of action related to my participation in this event. I attest that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for the completion of this event and that my condition has been verified by a licensed medical doctor. I further grant permission to any of the foregoing organizations to take and use photographs, video, and recordings or any other record of this event for any purpose whatsoever.

If signed by a parent, the parent agrees to release and hold the above-named organizations and persons harmless of any claims which may be asserted by or on behalf of the entrant as well.

BIB & T-SHIRT PICKUP

Early Packet Pickup:  Friday, Aug. 14th 3-7PM at Road Runner Sports (Falls Church, VA). Address - 1118 W Broad St, Falls Church, VA 22046. Please bring your ID and Registration email to pick up your bibs and packet. We highly encourage all to pick up the race packet on the Road Runner Sports store at Falls Church, that will assist us to smoothly organize the run on Saturday Aug. 15th. 

If you join a VIP member with Road Runners Sports, they will offer $20 OFF on any purchase of $50 or more to all royals run participants. Existing VIP members will receive DOUBLE Rewards cash. So don't forget to ask for the discount and offer that Road Runner Sports offers to all Royals Run Participants. Please note: Road Runner Sports is one of the Sponsors for Royals Run. 


Day of: See event staff starting 1 hour before the event. Register 3 weeks in advance for a personalized bib. Bib number required for pickup; use Self Lookup or Bib Lookup if needed. Last-minute registrants (within 24 hours) will receive their bib number by text within 90 seconds.

COURSE

10K - 6.2 mile wooded trail that circles the lake.
5K - 3.1 mile course that follows a tree lined paved road through the park.
1K - This short course features kids from ages 4 - 10 years old.

However, if financial support is not feasible for your organization, we warmly welcome in-kind donations of goods or services that will greatly contribute to the event's success. Examples of suitable in-kind donations include bottled water, nutritious refreshments such as bananas and energy bars, as well as services like sports massage. It's important to note that contributions made to NOVA Royals are eligible for tax deductions.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY

Royals Run 10K/5K/1K run is looking for volunteers for our race at Burke Lake Park on Saturday, August 15, 2026 . We will accept volunteers age 16+. If you are interested in a volunteer opportunity, please email us at [email protected].
