In consideration of accepting this entry, I understand and agree to be legally bound hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors and waive, release and hold harmless Punk Rock Run for Mental Health 5K, 10K, Half Marathon, elitefeats inc., and any volunteers and all race sponsors and their agents, employees and representatives for any and all injuries, claims, liabilities and causes of action related to my participation in this event. I attest that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for the completion of this event and that my condition has been verified by a licensed medical doctor. I further grant permission to any of the foregoing organizations to take and use photographs, video, and recordings or any other record of this event for any purpose whatsoever.

If signed by a parent, the parent agrees to release and hold the above-named organizations and persons harmless of any claims which may be asserted by or on behalf of the entrant as well.

BIB PICKUP

In-Person: See event staff starting 1 hour before the event. Register 3 weeks in advance for a personalized bib. Bib number required for pickup; use Self Lookup or Bib Lookup if needed. Last-minute registrants (within 24 hours) will receive their bib number by text within 90 seconds.

Virtual: Bibs mail the Monday prior (allow 3–5 days). Missing by race day? Contact elitefeats.com live chat to confirm your address.

COURSE

All races start inside the park and end in the park

5K Run/Walk - Inside Heritage Park
10K Run/Walk - This race will now start at Heritage Park and then hit the North Shore Rail Trail. You will be running that for about half the distance before doubling back to the Heritage Park to cross the finish line!
Half Marathon - This will begin at the Robert Reid Center. Runner will hit the North Shore Rail Trail for most of the race before crossing 25A, with the support of Suffolk County Police and Crossing Guards, to enter Heritage Park. Runner will then have a few laps within the park to complete before crossing the finish line!

Lace up your sneakers and join us for a day of music, movement, and mental health awareness! The Punk Rock Run is a community-driven event supporting the North Shore Youth Council, a vital organization providing mental health counseling services and preserving local history. Your participation will directly impact the lives of young people helping to fund essential programs and expand their Heritage Center. Let's rock out for a cause and make a difference together!
