McAvoy Labor Day 5 Mile Race, Long Beach, elitefeats inc., and any volunteers and all race sponsors and their agents, employees and representatives for any and all injuries, claims, liabilities and causes of action related to my participation in this event. I attest that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for the completion of this event and that my condition has been verified by a licensed medical doctor. I further grant permission to any of the foregoing organizations to take and use photographs, video, and recordings or any other record of this event for any purpose whatsoever.

If signed by a parent, the parent agrees to release and hold the above-named organizations and persons harmless of any claims which may be asserted by or on behalf of the entrant as well.

T-SHIRTS: Will be given to registrants at number pick up on DAY OF RACE beginning at 6:30 a.m.

All Race Participants are welcome to use the Beach for free by showing race bib at the beach entrance.

BIB PICKUP

Please see the event staff starting one hour before the event start time.

Hurry; Register 3 weeks in advance to get a personalized Race Number!
You must know your bib number in order to pick up your bib. If you do not know your bib number there will be a Self Lookup area.
Your bib number will be texted or emailed to you at least 2 hours prior to bib pickup.
