In consideration of accepting this entry, I understand and agree to be legally bound hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors and waive, release and hold harmless The Joe Koziarz Memorial 5K, The Village of Westhampton Beach, elitefeats inc., and any volunteers and all race sponsors and their agents, employees and representatives for any and all injuries, claims, liabilities and causes of action related to my participation in this event. I attest that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for the completion of this event and that my condition has been verified by a licensed medical doctor. I further grant permission to any of the foregoing organizations to take and use photographs, video, and recordings or any other record of this event for any purpose whatsoever.

If signed by a parent, the parent agrees to release and hold the above-named organizations and persons harmless of any claims which may be asserted by or on behalf of the entrant as well.

AMENITIES

A Runner's Raffle will be held after the awards ceremony at the Village Green gazebo following the race. Prizes awarded are all donated by the generous area businesses including lunches and dinners at our finest restaurants plus gift certificates from our local shops and boutiques! The Runners Raffle is only for pre registered participants.

BIB PICKUP

Packet pickup & Race Day Registration: is the morning of the event beginning at 7 AM - 8:15 AM at the Westhampton Beach Village Marina: 1 Library Ave, Westhampton Beach, NY 11978

  • Hurry; Register 3 weeks in advance to get a personalized Race Number!
  • You must know your bib number in order to pick up your bib. If you do not know your bib number there will be a Self Lookup area. 
  • If you register within 24 hours of bib pickup you will be texted your bib number within 90 seconds or click on Bib Lookup above.

Virtual: Are shipped to you! Shipping window ranges from one week prior to the event to one week post event
