The EJ Autism Foundation is a 501 (c) (3) Public Charity. Our non-profit honors our sons Eric and Jack who was diagnosed with autism. Its mission is to create Autism Awareness and to support programs and schools on Long Island that currently work with children on the spectrum. We thank you for your continued support.

Nor are they transferable from year to year. Once you are signed up race fees are used for race expenses and cannot be returned.

In consideration of accepting this entry, I understand and agree to be legally bound hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors and waive, release and hold harmless EJ Autism 4 Mile Run/Walk, EJ Autism Foundation, Town of East Islip, East Islip Marina, elitefeats inc., and any volunteers and all race sponsors and their agents, employees and representatives for any and all injuries, claims, liabilities and causes of action related to my participation in this event. I attest that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for the completion of this event and that my condition has been verified by a licensed medical doctor. I further grant permission to any of the foregoing organizations to take and use photographs, video, and recordings or any other record of this event for any purpose whatsoever.

If signed by a parent, the parent agrees to release and hold the above-named organizations and persons harmless of any claims which may be asserted by or on behalf of the entrant as well.

BIB PICKUP

Pre-Race Check-In
April 25: Shandon Court, 115 East Main St., East Islip NY 11730 from 3-5PM

Day of Race Check-In & Sign Up
Pre-Registered Packet Pick Up or Register Day Of 7-9AM at E.I. Marina

  • Hurry; Register 3 weeks in advance to get a personalized Race Number!
  • You must know your bib number in order to pick up your bib. If you do not know your bib number there will be a Self Lookup area. 
  • If you register within 24 hours of bib pickup you will be texted your bib number within 90 seconds or click on Bib Lookup above.

Flat and Furiously fast 4 Mile Run/Walk in the local neighborhood with a scenic start and finish on the Great South Bay!

Do you have pre-race Packet Pickup? 04/25/26 at Shandon Court, 115 East Main St., East Islip NY 11730

Can I come to the East Islip Marina and register on EJ Autism Sunday 04/26/26? YES!
East Islip Marina is 333 Bayview Ave! All the way at the end of Bayview.

Can I pick up my race packet on EJ Autism Sunday 04/26? YES

Is there parking at the East Islip Marina? YES. Please give yourself plenty of time!

Will there be delays getting down to the marina?? YES! Please give yourself plenty of time!

Will Bayview Ave in East Islip be closed? Yes starting 9:15am and then periodically open as needed if our neighbors need to get out. Please give yourself plenty of time to get to the East Islip Marina.

What other streets will be impacted in East Islip? Every street on Bayview south of Timberpoint as well as:

  • Kay Court
  • Quail Run
  • Sandpiper
  • Tern Court
  • Cardinal
  • Country View
  • Woodland and the streets that spill into it
  • Woodland east and west.
  • Timberpoint and Menasha

Road marshals will allow cars to cross when it’s safe to do so.

Should I expect it to be colder at the marina? YES dress warmly!

Raffles and after party featuring live music immediately following EJ Autism at Shandon Court, 115 East Main St., East Islip NY 11730.

Strollers are allowed and are free of charge but your baby must be registered so please fill out a paper form at the marina. Please start at back of race. Thank you.

Dogs are not encouraged at EJ Autism.

If you live on the race course please park in your driveway if possible. We are grateful for the cooperation.

EJ Autism Foundation accepts cash, check, credit card, Venmo and Zelle.

Vendors: please arrive by 8am and go all the way to the right to the end of the marina. 

Is my registration/ticket transferable?
Sorry, no, and not refundable.

How do I race FREE?
Donate/Fundraise $50 then email [email protected] to get your registration refunded onto your card.

How do I Create/Join a Fundraising Team?
Choose 'team option'. You can join or create a team AFTER starting to fundraise.
You do ALL of this through our fundraising page found by clicking HERE.

How do I prove that I completed my Virtual 4 miles?
Notify your captain (if one has been appointed) and post a pic of yourself upon completion with the hashtag #ejautismsuperhero. If your page is private, email us a copy of your pic and we’ll repost It on our Instagram and Facebook page! Follow us at @ejautism, EJautism, and #ejautism

Can I use this for community service hours? 
Yes! Wearing your bib and posting your picture creates Autism Awareness!!
