In consideration of accepting this entry, I understand and agree to be legally bound hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors and waive, release and hold harmless The Dock Closing 3.3 Mile Race, elitefeats inc., and any volunteers and all race sponsors and their agents, employees and representatives for any and all injuries, claims, liabilities and causes of action related to my participation in this event. I attest that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for the completion of this event and that my condition has been verified by a licensed medical doctor. I further grant permission to any of the foregoing organizations to take and use photographs, video, and recordings or any other record of this event for any purpose whatsoever.

If signed by a parent, the parent agrees to release and hold the above-named organizations and persons harmless of any claims which may be asserted by or on behalf of the entrant as well.

BIB PICKUP

Pre-Race: Friday Nov. 6th from 4pm-6pm and Saturday, Nov. 7th from 1pm-3pm at The Dock
Day of: Please see the event staff starting one hour before the event start time.

Register 3 weeks in advance for a personalized bib. Bib number required for pickup; use Self Lookup or Bib Lookup if needed. Last-minute registrants (within 24 hours) will receive their bib number by text within 90 seconds.

COURSE & PARKING IMPORTANT

THIS IS A POINT TO POINT RUN: starting at the Montauk Post Office & ending at The Dock Bar & Grill. Please plan your travels ahead of time! There is no shuttle service. Ample parking at the Start & Finish.
