I attest that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for the completion of this event and that my condition has been verified by a licensed medical doctor. I further grant permission to any of the foregoing organizations to take and use photographs, video, and recordings or any other record of this event for any purpose whatsoever.

If signed by a parent, the parent agrees to release and hold the above-named organizations and persons harmless of any claims which may be asserted by or on behalf of the entrant as well.

Our walk scavenger hunt is happening both in-person and virtually. For anyone not attending in person, I’ve attached the virtual scavenger hunt to also include on the emails to our registrants. For those attending, bring your completed forms to the finish line table to claim your prize! 

Costume contests are on! We’ll have a $50 gift card for the winners in these categories:

Bib Prizes: We have ten exciting bib door prizes with a large screen TV grand prize winner!

BIB PICKUP

In-Person: See event staff starting 1 hour before the event. Register 3 weeks in advance for a personalized bib. Bib number required for pickup; use Self Lookup or Bib Lookup if needed. Last-minute registrants (within 24 hours) will receive their bib number by text within 90 seconds.

Virtual: Bibs mail the Monday prior (allow 3–5 days). Missing by race day? Contact elitefeats.com live chat to confirm your address.

Net proceeds will benefit the Eden II & Genesis Foundation, a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit. 

The Eden II and Genesis Foundation (previously known as FAAP) is a non-profit organization whose primary purpose is to provide much needed funds for programs and services that support individuals with autism. The Eden II and Genesis Foundation supports programs, serving children and adults with autism in NYC, Nassau and Suffolk Counties, including day schools for children, as well as day and residential services for adolescents and adults.
