Registration fees are used toward race expenses and cannot be returned once you sign up.

ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

Nor are they transferable from year to year. Once you are signed up, race fees are used for race expenses and cannot be returned.

In consideration of accepting this entry, I understand and agree to be legally bound hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors and waive, release and hold harmless Shelter Island 10K & 5K Run/Walk, NYU Langone Health, The Town of Shelter Island, elitefeats inc., and any volunteers and all race sponsors and their agents, employees and representatives for any and all injuries, claims, liabilities and causes of action related to my participation in this event. I attest that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for the completion of this event and that my condition has been verified by a licensed medical doctor. I further grant permission to any of the foregoing organizations to take and use photographs, video, and recordings or any other record of this event for any purpose whatsoever.

If signed by a parent, the parent agrees to release and hold the above-named organizations and persons harmless of any claims which may be asserted by or on behalf of the entrant as well.

FERRY SHUTTLE SERVICE WILL BE RUNNING BETWEEN BOTH FERRIES AND RACE SITE 2PM - 8PM

BAG DROP A staffed self serve bag drop will be located by the start area -- the team does not take any responsibility for belongings.

Hampton Jitney has set up special trips for the race. We have arranged to drop passengers off directly at the South Ferry in North Haven on select trips on race day - Saturday 6/21/25. One westbound trip will also pick up runners at the South Ferry in North Haven on Saturday 6/21/25 post race.

10K Top 3 M/F Age Groups: 19 & under, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75+

The winner of each age group will also receive a complimentary entry to next year’s race.

10K PRIZE PURSES

  • Top 4 M/F Overall: 1st $750 / 2nd $500 / 3rd $300 / 4th $150
  • Top 2 M/F Masters (40+): 1st $200 / 2nd $100
  • Top 1 M/F U.S. Citizen: $250
