This is going to be a great event with amazing scenery! 
Come enjoy the beautiful fall foliage while running the Pocono Mountain Running Festival.

All registrants will get a t-shirt, medal & free pair of socks!


All first time half marathon, marathon finishers receive a plaque!

 

Early Start Information

  • No early starts for 5K/10K
  • A single early start time 1 hour before the actual start time for Half (& Full if applicable) 
  • No awards for any early starts 

Also, anyone doing the early start should be trying to run a 15min mile or slower
 for the half or full. If they end up doing faster than 2:15 for the half they may not get a time.

I attest that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for the completion of this event and that my condition has been verified by a licensed medical doctor. I further grant permission to any of the foregoing organizations to take and use photographs, video, and recordings or any other record of this event for any purpose whatsoever.

If signed by a parent, the parent agrees to release and hold the above-named organizations and persons harmless of any claims which may be asserted by or on behalf of the entrant as well.

BIB PICKUP

Pre-race Packet Pickup

You can pickup your bib and shirt between 4 and 6pm on Friday at the event start/finish area..

It isn't mandatory to pickup your bib early. You'll have plenty of time on race morning starting at 6:30am.

Race Morning Packet Pickup

Please see the event staff starting one hour before the event start time.

  • Hurry; Register 3 weeks in advance to get a personalized Race Number!
  • You must know your bib number in order to pick up your bib. If you do not know your bib number there will be a Self Lookup area. 
  • If you register within 24 hours of bib pickup you will be texted your bib number within 90 seconds or click on Bib Lookup above.


COURSE

  • The Full Marathon will be a certified Boston Marathon Qualifier # PA21011NP
  • The course is in the process of certification and we guarantee that it will be certified
  • All races will be on paved park roads with minimal hills
  • Road crossings. There are five road crossings on the trails. The roads are generally low traffic but please check both ways before crossing. but please check yourself for cars and motorcycles before crossing a road
  • All events are out and back loops. The 5k and 10k events are on the same trail as the half marathon
  • The turnaround for each event will be marked with an orange cone, a BIG sign saying TURNAROUND and pink fluorescent tape
  • The 5k turnaround is at mile 1.55, the 10k turnaround is at mile 3.1, and the half marathon turnaround is at mile 6.55
  • There is an elevation chart on the map link. The course is flat. for the half marathon, from the start to the turnaround, you lose 114' in 6.55 miles. Coming back, you'll gain 114' feet
