NEW THIS YEAR: JOIN OR CREATE A TEAM (OPTIONAL)

This year, New Hyde Park-Mineola Runners Club will present team awards. Form one or more teams with your club, friends, family, or neighbors for bragging rights and a chance at a cash prize.

The rules:

  • Teams consist of four runners each
  • Team divisions are: Mixed Open, Mixed Masters, and Mixed Senior Masters
  • Each team must have at least one member from each gender
  • Teams are open to all racers – no need to be a registered club (but if you are, create some teams!)
  • Scoring is determined by the fastest average speed per team division

Registration fees are used toward race expenses and cannot be returned once you sign up.

RACE FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

Nor are they transferable from year to year. Once you are signed up, race fees are used for race expenses and cannot be returned.

In consideration of accepting this entry, I understand and agree to be legally bound hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors and waive, release and hold harmless the towns of North Hempstead and New Hyde Park, the Nassau County Police Department, the Denton Avenue School , the Meet Directors, the New Hyde Park-Mineola Runner’s Club, The Road Runner’s Club of America, The Long Island Track and Field Association, elitefeats inc., and any volunteers and all race sponsors and their agents, employees and representatives for any and all injuries, claims, liabilities and causes of action related to my participation in this event. I attest that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for the completion of this event and that my condition has been verified by a licensed medical doctor. I further grant permission to any of the foregoing organizations to take and use photographs, video and recordings or any other record of this event for any purpose whatsoever.

If signed by a parent, the parent agrees to release and hold the above named organizations and persons harmless of any claims which may be asserted by or on behalf of the entrant as well.

BIB PICKUP

Bib pickup is available beginning at 7AM

  • Hurry; Register 3 weeks in advance to get a personalized Race Number!
  • You must know your bib number in order to pick up your bib. If you do not know your bib number there will be a Self Lookup area. 
  • If you register within 24 hours of bib pickup you will be texted your bib number within 90 seconds or click on Bib Lookup above.
