In consideration of accepting this entry, I understand and agree to be legally bound hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors and waive, release and hold harmless May the Road Rise to Meet Ye 2 Mile Run/Walk, The Village of Patchogue, the Chamber of Commerce, elitefeats inc., and any volunteers and all race sponsors and their agents, employees and representatives for any and all injuries, claims, liabilities and causes of action related to my participation in this event. I attest that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for the completion of this event and that my condition has been verified by a licensed medical doctor. I further grant permission to any of the foregoing organizations to take and use photographs, video, and recordings or any other record of this event for any purpose whatsoever.

If signed by a parent, the parent agrees to release and hold the above-named organizations and persons harmless of any claims which may be asserted by or on behalf of the entrant as well.

  • Once again, Champion Performance has very generously offered their services to us and the runners, and in addition to the stretching, they have volunteers for the street closures and monitoring as well!

BIB & AWARD PICKUP

Please be aware there is a change where Pre-registration Packet Pick up, Day of Registration and Medals distributed will be located.

All of the above will take place on Haven's Avenue, near the intersection with Main Street along the side of The State Room/former Brickhouse Brewery at 67 West Main Street, Patchogue. 

This location is only a few yards from the start line of the race on West Main Street and directly behind the Parade Review Stand.

Packet pick up and Day of Registration will begin at 10:30am. 

Medals can be picked after the race as soon as results are posted. {Please be aware that this location is across Main Street from where the race ends. The parade will most likely be still moving on Main Street. There will be security at the intersection near the race finish that will help you safely cross Main Street/Parade line to get to the medal distribution table.
  • Hurry; Register 3 weeks in advance to get a personalized Race Number!
  • Your bib is your beer ticket for 1 beer post-run by visiting the Pubs of Patchogue!
  • You must know your bib number in order to pick up your bib. If you do not know your bib number there will be a Self Lookup area.
  • If you register within 24 hours of bib pickup you will be texted your bib number within 90 seconds or click on Bib Lookup above.
