Due to the increased popularity of this event, participants are ENCOURAGED to car pool. Parking will be in the following areas:

Islip Town Hall - corner of Nassau Ave and Main Street both east and west of town hall.

North side of Main Street - behind the businesses there is town parking from Locust Ave to Grant Ave

Behind 401 Main Street - town parking lots are available.

Main Street and Smith Ave - south of Main Street on the west side of the street there is a public parking lot.

ALL PARKING IS FREE OF CHARGE. THERE ARE NO METERS.
PARKING IS ALSO AVAILABLE ALONG MAIN STREET FREE OF CHARGE AS WELL.

I attest that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for the completion of this event and that my condition has been verified by a licensed medical doctor. I further grant permission to any of the foregoing organizations to take and use photographs, video, and recordings or any other record of this event for any purpose whatsoever.

If signed by a parent, the parent agrees to release and hold the above-named organizations and persons harmless of any claims which may be asserted by or on behalf of the entrant as well.

BIB PICKUP

Early bib pickup will be available at the Islip Fire Department (28 Monell Ave.) on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

Please make every effort to keep your bib safe - no replacement bibs will be available on race day.

Race Day Pickup
If you can’t make early pickup, bibs will be available on race morning starting at 7:30 AM. Look for event staff at the Northeast corner of South Bay Ave. and Main Street, just east of Town Hall.

Hurry; Register 3 weeks in advance to get a personalized Race Number!
You must know your bib number in order to pick up your bib. If you do not know your bib number there will be a Self Lookup area.
If you register within 24 hours of bib pickup you will be texted your bib number within 90 seconds or click on Bib Lookup above.

COURSE

No camelbacks or backpacks will be permitted on the course.
Starts at Richardson & South Bay & ends at the Islip Fire Department.

Start on Richardson Lane & South Bay Ave.
Run South on South Bay to the beach.
Turn around the parking lot grass island and run back North on South Bay.
Make a left on Maple Ave then turn right on Monell Ave.
End at the Islip Fire Department.
