FeatFirst is a structured training program designed for first-time half marathoners and marathoners, as well as ALL runners looking to set a personal best. This 16-week program includes weekly midweek practices, training plans, and race-day preparation.

Designed for runners with experience under their belt, this plan features moderate mileage (4โ6 days per week) and is ideal for those looking to improve their time in the Half or Full Marathon. Itโs also a great fit for competitive runners attempting their first longer-distance race with performance in mind.
This high-mileage plan includes 6โ7 training days per week and is built for serious competitors. Itโs designed for those ready to fully commit to their training, with the goal of achieving significant performance gains and potential age group podium finishes on race day.
