REGISTER

  • Register by providing the information that is requested below for each individual participant.
    Adults $42 and kids $27.
    Non-member guests are welcome when accompanied by their host member.
    Your name on your bib three weeks before race day.

READ & INITIAL TO AGREE

Registration fees are used toward race expenses and cannot be returned once you sign up.

ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

Nor are they transferable from year to year. Once you are signed up, race fees are used for race expenses and cannot be returned.

In consideration of accepting this entry, I understand and agree to be legally bound hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors and waive, release and hold harmless Belle Haven Turkey Trot 5K Run/Walk, elitefeats inc., and any volunteers and all race sponsors and their agents, employees and representatives for any and all injuries, claims, liabilities and causes of action related to my participation in this event. I attest that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for the completion of this event and that my condition has been verified by a licensed medical doctor. I further grant permission to any of the foregoing organizations to take and use photographs, video, and recordings or any other record of this event for any purpose whatsoever.

If signed by a parent, the parent agrees to release and hold the above-named organizations and persons harmless of any claims which may be asserted by or on behalf of the entrant as well.

  • Top 1 M/F Age Groups : 10 & Under, 11-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50+
  • Top Fastest Team: Teams of 2+ are eligible for Fastest Team!

BIB PICKUP

  • Early check-in is on 11/24 through 11/26 from 10AM-8PM in the Athletic Facility
    See the Fitness Center Front Desk to pick up your bib.
  • Day of check-in is in the front of the clubhouse or in the Ballroom closest to the parking lot from 7AM-7:30AM
  • Hurry; Register 3 weeks in advance to get a personalized Race Number!
  • You must know your bib number in order to pick up your bib. If you do not know your bib number there will be a Self Lookup area. 
  • If you register within 24 hours of bib pickup you will be texted your bib number within 90 seconds or click on Bib Lookup above.
