COURSE

This USATF Certified 3.1 Mile (5K) course runs through the scenic roads of the Villages of Hempstead & Garden City and starts and ends at the campus of Sacred Heart Academy. The racecourse is fast & flat-PR friendly! Results are professionally timed. The event is rain or shine.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• Registrants with a discount pricing code must also join a team to be considered for the 5k Spartan Cup. However, discount pricing can be applied without competing for the Spartan Cup.
• Race registrations are not refundable, nor are they transferable to another person or from year to year. Payment is used for race expenses and cannot be returned.
