July 26, 5K (3.1 Mi), Sunken Meadow State Park

August 2, 5K (3.1 Mi), Heckscher State Park

August 9, 4K (2.48 Mi), Caumsett State Park

August 16, 5K (3.1 Mi), Jones Beach State Park

THERE WILL BE NO DAY OF RACE REGISTRATION 

Please arrive EARLY to avoid traffic. Some park roads and parking lots will be closed prior to 7PM for preparation of race course. Late arrivals may have difficulty in reaching the starting line in time for the start of the race.

Absolutely No Baby Joggers, rollerbladers, bikers, dogs or skaters permitted! 

PACKET PICKUP

Registrants MUST pick up their shirts & numbers prior to the first race at
Long Island State Park Headquarters

Packet pick up dates are July 21^st thru, Friday, July 23rd, 8AM - 7PM
Saturday, July 24th, 8AM - 1PM

NO REFUNDS due to inclement weather, racecourse and/or schedule changes

Online registration: July 10th at 6AM to first 2,500 registrants

at Jones Beach race to the First 5 Overall M/F Series Winners.
Point System: (Placement per age category for men/women)
1st place - 50 points
2nd place - 40 points
3rd place - 30 points
4th place - 20 points
5th place - 10 points
Bonus Points: (Overall per race for men/women)
1st place - 20 points
2nd place - 15 points
3rd place -  10 points
