Nor are they transferable from year to year. Once you are signed up, race fees are used for race expenses and cannot be returned.

In consideration of accepting this entry, I understand and agree to be legally bound hereby for myself, my heirs, executors & administrators, successors & assigns and waive, release & hold harmless the Get to the Point 5K, The City of Greenpoint, elitefeats, Inc., all organizers, sponsors and their agents, employees, representatives & assigns for any and all injuries,claims, liabilities & causes of action suffered by me in this event. I attest I am physically fit & have sufficiently trained for completion of this event and my condition has been verified by a licensed medical doctor. If signed by a parent the parent agrees to release & hold harmless on behalf of the entrant. I further grant permission to any of the foregoing organizations to take & use photographs, video and recordings or any other record of this event for any purpose whatsoever.

If signed by a parent, the parent agrees to release and hold the above-named organizations and persons harmless from any claims that may be asserted by or on behalf of the minor entrant.

AMENITIES

All Online and Mail-In registrants for the dashes and 5K run will receive the special event T-shirt along with admission to the Post-Race Party.

All race day registrants for the dashes and 5K run will receive admission to the Post-Race Party, but T-shirts will only be available while supplies last.
