This agreement is between elitefeats and your event. This agreement will become a legally binding contract once this form is submitted. The parties mutually agree that elitefeats will provide registration, timing and scoring services only and not race management services for the event listed herein; unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.

Under the terms of this agreement:

elitefeats PROVIDES:
 Listing and promotion of event information on website at www.elitefeats.com and Facebook
 All online registration sign-ups and registration transactions at www.elitefeats.com
o Option to solicit donations for worthy cause.
o Sponsor’s logo and links to their website can be included on registration page and in confirmation emails to registrants.
 Complimentary bibs for the event.
 Transponder chips on the back of race bibs for all registered runners.
 50 Additional generic bibs should there be more participants than expected.
 Data entry for all race day entrants for chip scoring.
 Set-up of finish line area on race morning (Includes finish line readers, time clock, 10 foot flags, one 10’ x 10’ canopy to protect equipment, traffic cones).
 Photos of finish line. (Event supplies volunteer photographer to use elitefeats’ camera)
 Video of finish line.
 Email blast and Facebook Marketing.
 Opportunity to purchase additional at cost Facebook Marketing.
 Complimentary Inclusion on the elitefeats Grand Prix
 Timing and scoring of all participants in the event using disposable Bibtag system.
o Email and text message results are sent out to participants who provided an email address and/or cell phone number during online registration.
 Posting of overall results on www.elitefeats.com

EVENT PROVIDES:
 Event supplies volunteer photographer to use elitefeats’ camera for finish line photos
 Excel spreadsheet of any pre-registered participants not registering through the elitefeats’ website no later than 24 hours before bibs are to be distributed.
 Up to (4) complimentary race entries for elitefeats to use for promotions or racing team.
 Race day registration tables for chip/bib distribution and same day registration data entry.
o Race will designate a volunteer to bring “day of” entry forms to the elitefeats’ data entry team.
o Race officials will be responsible for providing all volunteers to handle distribution of chips/bibs and packet pick-up
 Event supplies all course markings, volunteers and oversees the course.

If this is for a mobile timing kit elitefeats provides no in person presence. The event provides all in person staff and the above terms reflect that change

COST & TERMS:

Will remain the same as the previous year or as quoted - whichever is more recent. Invoicing is on tagged bibs not finishers. elitefeats retains the right to cancel the agreement.

30-59 Days Pay 50%
15-29 Days Pay 75%
14 days and under Pay 100%

(Cancel due to weather within 48 Hours of event - pay 50%)
