2. Starting on event date fill out the form at the top of this page
3. Follow instructions provided to enter your distances

Run, walk or wheelchair (push rim or day chair) 1 Mile = 1 Point
Hand Cycle 2 Miles = 1 Point
Bike, Stationary Bike, Tandem Bike 3 Miles = 1
Point 20 Minutes of strenuous indoor cardio (including elliptical) = 1 Point
