BIB PICKUP

Early Pickup: 
Friday May 29th at Boi Na Brasa Restaurant
1 Merchant St, Newark, NJ 07105
Time: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Race Day: 
See event staff starting 1 hour before the event. Register 3 weeks in advance for a personalized bib. Bib number required for pickup; use Self Lookup or Bib Lookup if needed. Last-minute registrants (within 24 hours) will receive their bib number by text within 90 seconds.

COURSE

The Spring Insight 5K course is a partial flat with some minor hills and scenic route entirely inside Newark Riverfront Park trails.

Course Highlights:
✔ Two loops inside Riverfront Park
✔ No street routing
✔ Water stations available
✔ Professional chip timing by Elitefeats
✔ Finisher medal for all Runners participants not walkers.
✔ Recovery area after the race

• Start/Finish Area
• Mid-course water station

Parking Information
Official event parking is available near Brill Street Park Entrance, approximately a short walk from the start/finish area.

Additional parking may be available:
• Riverfront Park parking lot
• Street parking nearby
• Around the Riverbank Sports Complex area

Parking is free and open to the public. Please arrive early, as spaces are limited.

Public Transportation
We encourage participants to use public transportation whenever possible.

By Train: Take NJ TRANSIT or PATH Train to Newark Penn Station.

From Newark Penn Station, the park is a short walk or rideshare away.
