AMENITIES

• Bathrooms are located within a few minutes walk from start & finish.
• Hydration at both start and finish lines, and throughout the course.
• Refreshments and raffles during post-race cooldown.
• Award ceremony to follow race completion for top placements in each division.

• Top 2 M/F Age Groups: 19 & Under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+

BIB PICKUP

See event staff starting 1 hour before the event. Register 3 weeks in advance for a personalized bib. Bib number required for pickup; use Self Lookup or Bib Lookup if needed. Last-minute registrants (within 24 hours) will receive their bib number by text within 90 seconds.

COURSE

The Cove Island Park Trail is a beautiful and picturesque course that features water views of the Long Island Sound.  The 5K run includes 3 counterclockwise loops thru the park on a paved path which is both wheelchair and stroller accessible.

Proceeds benefit Laurel House, Inc, a 501 (c) (3) non-profit that helps individuals and families in Fairfield and Westchester Counties achieve and sustain mental health to lead fulfilling lives in the community. Our core purpose is social inclusion, early intervention and recovery. Donations directly support programs that help participants remove barriers to succeeding in post-secondary education, getting a competitive job, or taking the first steps towards independent living.
