BIB PICKUP

See event staff starting 1 hour before the event. Register 3 weeks in advance for a personalized bib. Bib number required for pickup; use Self Lookup or Bib Lookup if needed. Last-minute registrants (within 24 hours) will receive their bib number by text within 90 seconds.

MORE ABOUT THE EVENT

Donna is a mother of 4 children, grandmother, sister of 6 siblings and a 1990 graduate of Connetquot High School. She was diagnosed with ALS in 2010. Refusing from the beginning to become a victim of this terrible disease she actually started a new career with the Suffolk County Department of Social Services, where she retired Fall 2022, after 10 strong years.  This was despite her increasing physical limitations. The medical trust fund was established to help her prepare for the inevitable high costs associated with her long term care and quality of life. Please join us in supporting this amazing woman and celebrate her amazing strength in the face of adversity.

ALS Ride for Life is a 501C Charity created in 1998 and dedicated to serving the ALS community, tirelessly raising money for research as well as direct support for people with ALS (PALS). They generously donated a custom minivan to Donna to enable easy mobility in her wheelchair.You can learn more about them at alsrideforlife.org.
