8 am: Festivities Begin!
Meet our "Make Them Run" runners in Bartel Pritchard Square and donate!
5K Run Check-in and Bib pick-up (Pre-Registration required)
Survivor Experience opens
8:10 am: Survivor photo ops and filming begin
8:15 am: Survivor icebreaker games led by our Survivor Ambassador Audrey Z.
8:40 am: Pre-Stretch Warm-up with Spear
8:55 am:Special start for our "Make Them Run" Runners
9 am: 5K Timed Run Starts (Pre-Registration required)
9:10 am: Survivor photo at the run start line and kick-off of the Survivor "Walk Anywhere" Walk
10 am: 5K Awards
9:45 am - 11 am: Team Photos, Finish Line Festivities for all runners, Survivor Festivities, and booth activities

  Winners will receive a voucher from Speakeasy of Strength for a 14 day trial - which is unlimited Small Group Personal Training sessions (Max 1 per day), 3 Group Classes, and a Discovery Call.

BIB PICKUP

See event staff starting 1 hour before the event. Register 3 weeks in advance for a personalized bib. Bib number required for pickup; use Self Lookup or Bib Lookup if needed. Last-minute registrants (within 24 hours) will receive their bib number by text within 90 seconds.

COURSE

The 5K is a loop around Prospect Park starting and finishing at the Bartel Pritchard Square entrance of the park.

McGregor Ovarian Cancer Foundation’s mission is to promote public awareness and education of the signs, symptoms, and risk factors of ovarian cancer; provide support to survivors; and raise funds for research in order to find a screening test and cure for ovarian cancer.
