In consideration of accepting this entry, I understand and agree to be legally bound hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors and waive, release and hold harmless Run to the Verrazzano 4Miler, Never Stop Running Foundation, American Veterans Memorial Pier, elitefeats inc., and any volunteers and all race sponsors and their agents, employees and representatives for any and all injuries, claims, liabilities and causes of action related to my participation in this event. I attest that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for the completion of this event and that my condition has been verified by a licensed medical doctor. I further grant permission to any of the foregoing organizations to take and use photographs, video, and recordings or any other record of this event for any purpose whatsoever.

If signed by a parent, the parent agrees to release and hold the above-named organizations and persons harmless of any claims which may be asserted by or on behalf of the entrant as well.

'Informal' bag check as elitefeats cannot take responsibility for any personal belongings. There will be an informal area to leave race belongings in the staging area.

Bathrooms are located within a few minutes walk from start & finish.

Hydration will be provided at finish line.

High Quality Refreshments provided by All Round Foods and Waterloo Sparkling Water!

Virtual Option: Compete virtually. You have from the first day of the event and a full week to log your time and up to 5 photos! Your items will begin shipping the first day of the event. More info at the bottom of the page.

COURSE

The course is a gorgeous Out & Back loop along the shore at the Veterans Pier near the Verrazzano Narrows Bridge. The turnaround has a great view of the bridge and photo opportunity!

GETTING YOUR BIB

In-Person options: 
Please see the event staff starting one hour before the event start time.

Have your bib mailed to you prior to the race for $10! *(must be registered 10 days in advance to get a bib mailed)

Wearing Your Bib: The mid-torso is the sweet spot for accurate results. Please be sure to wear your bib just above your belly button, right side up, for best read-rates. Do not fold, crumple or cut your bib in any way. It must be visible to onlookers and not get in the way of your arms/legs. Please use four pins, or four alternative-securing gear such as race magnets, in each corner to ensure proper placement and visibility.

Virtual: Your bib will be mailed directly to you beginning the Monday prior. Please allow 3-5 days to receive after signing up late. If you don't get your bib in the mail by race day, please use the live chat at elitefeats.com to confirm your shipping address (include an apartment number if applicable)
