The Health, Wellness, and Nutrition Club will hold their 2nd Annual Ram Run Food Drive and will be accepting non-perishable food items at the Nold Hall Athletic Complex before the start of the race. Please consider donating a canned or shelf-stable item.

• Complimentary training program for runners age 14 and younger hosted by FSC Faculty Member and elite runner Dr. Derek Hanson and Jay Asparro: endurance athlete, advocate for caregivers of loved ones living with Alzheimer’s or Dementia, and running coach. Click on the link below to sign up:

BIB PICKUP

Pre-Race Packet & T-Shirt Pickup:

- 4/10 (10 AM – 4PM) at Alumni Smart Energy House, FSC Campus, 2350 Broadhollow Rd, Farmingdale, NY 11735

- 4/11 (3 PM - 6 PM) at Runner’s Edge 242 Main St, Farmingdale, NY 11735

Day of race registration and number pickup: Farmingdale State College, Nold Athletic Complex Lobby. Begins at 7:30 AM

• Hurry; Register 3 weeks in advance to get a personalized Race Number!
• You must know your bib number in order to pick up your bib. If you do not know your bib number there will be a Self Lookup area. 
• If you register within 24 hours of bib pickup you will be texted your bib number within 90 seconds or click on Bib Lookup above.
