Nor are they transferable from year to year. Once you are signed up, race fees are used for race expenses and cannot be returned.

In consideration of accepting this entry, I understand and agree to be legally bound hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors and waive, release and hold harmless Road Runners Club of America, TAC, the City of New York, Department of Parks and Recreation, Track & Field USA, the Alley Pond Striders, Inc., MAC, elitefeats inc., and any volunteers and all race sponsors and their agents, employees and representatives for any and all injuries, claims, liabilities and causes of action related to my participation in this event. I attest that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for the completion of this event and that my condition has been verified by a licensed medical doctor. I further grant permission to any of the foregoing organizations to take and use photographs, video, and recordings or any other record of this event for any purpose whatsoever.

If signed by a parent, the parent agrees to release and hold the above-named organizations and persons harmless of any claims which may be asserted by or on behalf of the entrant as well.

BIB PICKUP

Day of Race Registration & Bib Pickup 8am -9am
Day of race registration will be held at Alley Pond Park, 7920 Winchester Blvd.
NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

  • Hurry; Register 3 weeks in advance to get a personalized Race Number!
  • You must know your bib number in order to pick up your bib. If you do not know your bib number there will be a Self Lookup area. 
  • If you register within 24 hours of bib pickup you will be texted your bib number within 90 seconds or click on Bib Lookup above.

COURSE

DIRECTIONS

Registration and start is located on Winchester Blvd north of Union Turnpike. From Long Island-Northern State/GCP westbound: Exit 23. Turn left on Union Turnpike to Winchester Blvd. Turn left on Winchester Blvd. Turn left onto Winchester Blvd, park is on your left. From Manhattan/Queens- GCP eastbound to Exit 23. Follow signs to Winchester Blvd. Turn right at the stop sign. Parking lot is on your right.
