- Choose a Squad Theme and decide together what everyone will wear to reflect that theme. Watch the weather to make sure that you will be warm or cool enough to participate.

9:00 AM: And, we are OFF – Walking/Running!
Race Start: 9:00 AM (Rain or Shine)
10:00 AM – Awards Ceremony Starts

- No formal bag check. While there is no formal bag check there will be an informal bag drop – Union Settlement is not responsible for lost or stolen items

BIB PICKUP
Please see the event staff starting one hour before the event start time.
- Hurry; Register 3 weeks in advance to get a personalized Race Number!
- You must know your bib number in order to pick up your bib. If you do not know your bib number there will be a Self Lookup area.
- If you register within 24 hours of bib pickup you will be texted your bib number within 90 seconds or click on Bib Lookup above.

The Course is Out and Back. Anyone coming to cheer you on can stay in one place as you take off and return to VICTORY!

DIRECTIONS
Randall’s Island sits between the Bronx, Manhattan, and Queens, and is accessible by a network of bridges by bus, bike, and foot. Non-vehicular access points include:
From Harlem
- The Pedestrian Bridge at 103rd Street and FDR Drive
- The RFK Tri-borough Bridge from 125th Street and 2nd Avenue to just behind the Golf Center
From the Bronx
- The RFK Tri-borough Bridge from Cypress Avenue and Bruckner Boulevard to the Bronx Shore Fields
From Queens
- The RFK Tri-borough Bridge from Hoyt Avenue and 28th Street, adjacent to the Astoria Boulevard N/Q station, to mid-Island, adjacent to the Central Fields

Union Settlement Rising Stars / Bridges / Youth Empowerment Programs are free, dynamic, and engaging year-round programs, including holidays and summer camp designed specifically to support development of academic and artistic skills. We use a Strengths-based approach to curriculum design and activity implementation. Our mission is to provide a safe, nurturing, and fun environment where children and youth can explore new interests, develop essential skills, and create lasting memories.

- Adventure and Exploration: Variety of outdoor activities, including hiking, nature walks, and sports, fostering a love for the environment and physical fitness.
