In consideration of accepting this entry, I understand and agree to be legally bound hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors and waive, release and hold harmless Royals Run 10K/5K/1K Run/Walk, elitefeats inc., and any volunteers and all race sponsors and their agents, employees and representatives for any and all injuries, claims, liabilities and causes of action related to my participation in this event. I attest that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for the completion of this event and that my condition has been verified by a licensed medical doctor. I further grant permission to any of the foregoing organizations to take and use photographs, video, and recordings or any other record of this event for any purpose whatsoever.

If signed by a parent, the parent agrees to release and hold the above-named organizations and persons harmless of any claims which may be asserted by or on behalf of the entrant as well.

Please see the event staff starting one hour before the event start time.

  • Hurry; Register 3 weeks in advance to get a personalized Race Number!
  • You must know your bib number in order to pick up your bib. If you do not know your bib number there will be a Self Lookup area. 
  • Your bib number will be texted or emailed to you at least 2 hours prior to bib pickup.

COURSE

10K - 6.2 mile wooded trail that circles the lake.
5K - 3.1 mile course that follows a tree lined paved road through the park. It is wheelchair and stroller accessible.
1K - This short course features kids from ages 4 - 10 years old.

We offer various sponsorship levels, starting at $500. However, if financial support is not feasible for your organization, we warmly welcome in-kind donations of goods or services that will greatly contribute to the event's success.

Examples of suitable in-kind donations include bottled water, nutritious refreshments such as bananas and energy bars, as well as services like sports massage. It's important to note that contributions made to NOVA Royals are eligible for tax deductions.

We sincerely appreciate your consideration and support for the Royals Run 10K/5K/1K, which will undoubtedly play a significant role in enhancing our community.

Bronze Sponsorship Level: $500 - $999

  • You or Your company's name and logo will be prominently featured as a Bronze Sponsor in event programming, including flyers and pamphlets.
  • Following the event, there will be a dedicated social media shout-out for you or your company for a week.
  • You or Your company will receive a live shout-out and acknowledgment during the event.
  • You or your organization have the opportunity to receive 1 complimentary race registration.

Silver Sponsorship Level: $1,000 - $1,999

  • You or Your company's name and logo will be prominently featured as a Silver Sponsor in all event programming, including flyers, pamphlets, and t-shirts.
  • You or Your sponsorship will be acknowledged on the "Partner's Page/Section" of the non-profit's website for a duration of 1 year.
  • Following the event, there will be an extended social media shout-out for your company for a period of 2-3 weeks.
  • You or Your company will receive a live shout-out and acknowledgment during the event.
  • You or your organization have the opportunity to receive up to 2 complimentary race registrations.

Gold Sponsorship Level: $2,000 and plus (Limit to 5 Sponsors)

  • You or Your company's name will be prominently featured as a Gold Sponsor in all event programming, including flyers, pamphlets, and t-shirts.
  • You or Your sponsorship will be acknowledged on the "Partner's Page/Section" of the non-profit's website for a duration of 2 years.
  • Following the event, there will be an extensive social media shout-out for your company for a period of one month.
  • You or Your company will receive a live shout-out and acknowledgment during the event.
  • You or your organization will have the opportunity to set up a stall at the event location.
