The race is in honor of the memory of Jim Rhatigan, a former Grand Knight of the Council and a Village Trustee, for his many years of service to the community.

In consideration of accepting this entry, I understand and agree to be legally bound hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors and waive, release and hold harmless Rhatigan's Run 5K Run/Walk, Floral Park Knights of Columbus, Incorporated Village of Floral Park, elitefeats inc., and any volunteers and all race sponsors and their agents, employees and representatives for any and all injuries, claims, liabilities and causes of action related to my participation in this event. I attest that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for the completion of this event and that my condition has been verified by a licensed medical doctor. I further grant permission to any of the foregoing organizations to take and use photographs, video, and recordings or any other record of this event for any purpose whatsoever.

If signed by a parent, the parent agrees to release and hold the above-named organizations and persons harmless of any claims which may be asserted by or on behalf of the entrant as well.

  • JOIN US FOR A HUGE BREAKFAST SPREAD! The breakfast buffet includes sausage patties and eggs! After the race, the CELEBRATION CONTINUES at the Council’s building located at 33 South Tyson Ave, (right near the finish line)
  • RACE T-SHIRT to all pre-registered runners registered by October 19 & while supplies last to walk-in registration
  • Tis' the season so COSTUMES WELCOME!
  • Adult beverages will be available for purchase.
  • Pick up awards: Top 1 M/F Overall and Top 1 M/F Age Group Winners: 19 & Under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+

BIB PICKUP

Pre-Race: bib pickup Friday 10/25 from 5 to 8 PM
33 South Tyson Ave, Floral Park, NY 11001 (Knights of Columbus Council)

Race Day: You can also pick up bibs day of the event beginning at 7am.

  • Hurry; Register 3 weeks in advance to get a personalized Race Number!
  • You must know your bib number in order to pick up your bib. If you do not know your bib number there will be a Self Lookup area. 
  • If you register more than 24 hours in advance, your bib number will be texted or emailed to you at least 2 hours prior to bib pickup.
  • If you register within 24 hours of bib pickup please bring your confirmation email, either on your phone or printed, in order to be assigned a bib.

 3.1 mile run/walk through the beautiful streets of Floral Park, New York.
