Nor are they transferable from year to year. Once you are signed up, race fees are used for race expenses and cannot be returned.

In consideration of accepting this entry, I understand and agree to be legally bound hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors and waive, release and hold harmless Bay Shore Engine Company Run to the Pump 5k Run/Walk, Brightwaters, elitefeats inc., and any volunteers and all race sponsors and their agents, employees and representatives for any and all injuries, claims, liabilities and causes of action related to my participation in this event. I attest that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for the completion of this event and that my condition has been verified by a licensed medical doctor. I further grant permission to any of the foregoing organizations to take and use photographs, video, and recordings or any other record of this event for any purpose whatsoever.

If signed by a parent, the parent agrees to release and hold the above-named organizations and persons harmless of any claims which may be asserted by or on behalf of the entrant as well.

Sponsorship After Party to be held at the end of the race at the beautiful Walker Beach in Brightwaters.

Impractical Smokers food truck will be serving food from 10 am to 12 pm.

Refreshments, raffles, and more during the post-race rehab and cooldown.

Elite Strength LI will be  giving free stretches to runners after the run at the after-party.

Energize with a free can of C4 pre-workout.

Award ceremony to follow after completion of the race for top placements in each division.

Police, EMS, Fire Department, Healthcare Provider (eligible for Age Groups)

Top 3 M/F Age Groups: 14 & under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34 35-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 +

In-Person: 
Please see the event staff starting one hour before the event start time.

EARLY REGISTRANTS (before start day) can start posting times ON start day!
LATE REGISTRANTS (after start day) allow up to 24 hours to post times.
BIB MAILING begins Monday prior to start day. If you register after this, please allow 3-5 business days to receive.
