The Katie Oppo Research Fund is a 501c3 non-profit organization dedicated to raising funds to research the cause and prevention of SCCOHT and all forms of ovarian cancer. All proceeds go directly to the research fund and are granted to cancer research institutions and individual researchers.

Registration fees are used toward race expenses and cannot be returned once you sign up.

ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

Nor are they transferable from year to year. Once you are signed up, race fees are used for race expenses and cannot be returned.

In consideration of accepting this entry, I understand and agree to be legally bound hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors and waive, release and hold harmless Katie Oppo Memorial 5K Run/Walk, The Katie Oppo Research Fund, Flower Hill Park, The Village or Flower Hill, elitefeats inc., and any volunteers and all race sponsors and their agents, employees and representatives for any and all injuries, claims, liabilities and causes of action related to my participation in this event. I attest that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for the completion of this event and that my condition has been verified by a licensed medical doctor. I further grant permission to any of the foregoing organizations to take and use photographs, video, and recordings or any other record of this event for any purpose whatsoever.

If signed by a parent, the parent agrees to release and hold the above-named organizations and persons harmless of any claims which may be asserted by or on behalf of the entrant as well.

BIB PICKUP

Please see the event staff starting one hour before the event start time.

  • Hurry; Register 3 weeks in advance to get a personalized Race Number!
  • You must know your bib number in order to pick up your bib. If you do not know your bib number there will be a Self Lookup area. 
  • If you register more than 24 hours in advance, your bib number will be texted or emailed to you at least 2 hours prior to bib pickup.
  • If you register within 24 hours of bib pickup please bring your confirmation email, either on your phone or printed, in order to be assigned a bib.
