In consideration of accepting this entry, I understand and agree to be legally bound hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors and waive, release and hold harmless THE 30TH ANNUAL MASSAPEQUA PARK MILE, THE MASSAPEQUA ROAD RUNNERS, THE INCORPORATED VILLAGE OF MASSAPEQUA PARK, USA TRACK & FIELD, LONG ISLAND TRACK & FIELD, elitefeats inc., and any volunteers and all race sponsors and their agents, employees and representatives for any and all injuries, claims, liabilities and causes of action related to my participation in this event. I attest that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for the completion of this event and that my condition has been verified by a licensed medical doctor. I further grant permission to any of the foregoing organizations to take and use photographs, video, and recordings or any other record of this event for any purpose whatsoever.

If signed by a parent, the parent agrees to release and hold the above-named organizations and persons harmless of any claims which may be asserted by or on behalf of the entrant as well.

Course Record Bonus: $100
Female Record: 4:54 (Leslie Higgins 2008)
Male Record: 4:19 (Dustin Emrani 2009)

BIB PICKUP

Numbers and shirts may be picked up on race day starting at 7:30AM. Please leave yourself enough time to get to the start.

Massapequa Funeral Home parking lot on the corner of Park Boulevard and Clark Boulevard in the Village of Massapequa Park, near finish line.

  • Hurry; Register 3 weeks in advance to get a personalized Race Number!
  • You must know your bib number in order to pick up your bib. If you do not know your bib number there will be a Self Lookup area. 
  • Your bib number will be texted or emailed to you at least 2 hours prior to bib pickup.

COURSE

USATF Certified & Sanctioned.
Start is one mile north of registration on Lake Shore Drive.
Finish line is on Park Blvd. before Clark Blvd. in Massapequa Park Village.

HEAT SCHEDULE

Women 9:00AM
Men 9:30AM
FREE Kids Fun Run after the men's mile
Participants must run in proper heat to be eligible for age group awards.

BABY JOGGERS, STROLLERS, BICYCLES, SKATES, AND PETS NOT PERMITTED ON THE COURSE.
FINISH TIMES WILL NOT BE ISSUED TO ANYONE VIOLATING THIS RULE.
