In consideration of accepting this entry, I understand and agree to be legally bound hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors and waive, release and hold harmless Never Stop Running Foundation Last Bash at the Beach 5K & 10K, Rockaway Beach, The Borough of Queens, elitefeats inc., and any volunteers and all race sponsors and their agents, employees and representatives for any and all injuries, claims, liabilities and causes of action related to my participation in this event. I attest that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for the completion of this event and that my condition has been verified by a licensed medical doctor. I further grant permission to any of the foregoing organizations to take and use photographs, video, and recordings or any other record of this event for any purpose whatsoever.

If signed by a parent, the parent agrees to release and hold the above-named organizations and persons harmless of any claims which may be asserted by or on behalf of the entrant as well.

AMENITIES

'Informal' bag check as elitefeats cannot take responsibility for any personal belongings. There will be an informal area to leave race belongings in the staging area.

Bathrooms are located within a few minutes walk from start & finish. 

Hydration will be provided at finish line and turn around. Public water fountains are also available on the boardwalk approximately every quarter mile.

High Quality Refreshments provided by All Round Foods & Waterloo Sparkling Water!

AGE GROUP ONLINE RECOGNITION

There will be no awards but if you want to see how you stack up, these standings will be posted online and texted/emailed to you.

Top 1 M/F/X: Overall

COURSE

IMPORTANT MESSAGE TO 10K PARTICIPANTS:

You must run through the finish line mats for EACH loop for accurate split times and synced split and finish line photos.

Bathrooms. Public bathrooms located by start & finish and public bathrooms on course.

Water stops on course (public water fountains every quarter mile. One volunteer water stop stationed at the 5K Turnaround) and provided at finish line.

5K = Out & Back
10K = 2 Loops

GETTING YOUR BIB

Virtual: Your bib will be mailed directly to you beginning the Monday prior. Please allow 3-5 days to receive after signing up late. If you don't get your bib in the mail by race day, please use the live chat at elitefeats.com to confirm your shipping address (include an apartment number if applicable)

In-Person options: 
Please see the event staff starting one hour before the event start time.

Have your bib mailed to you prior to the race for $10! *(must be registered 10 days in advance to get a bib mailed)

Wearing Your Bib: The mid-torso is the sweet spot for accurate results. Please be sure to wear your bib just above your belly button, right side up, for best read-rates. Do not fold, crumple or cut your bib in any way. It must be visible to onlookers and not get in the way of your arms/legs. Please use four pins, or four alternative-securing gear such as race magnets, in each corner to ensure proper placement and visibility.
