The Foundation's primary objective is to honor Katie while raising important funds to assist families in financial need, provide awareness of the Ronald McDonald House Charities New York Metro and the family support services it provides, and support other local worthy causes.

In consideration of accepting this entry, I understand and agree to be legally bound hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors and waive, release and hold harmless Katie's Run 5K Run/Walk, The Katie McBride Foundation, elitefeats inc., and any volunteers and all race sponsors and their agents, employees and representatives for any and all injuries, claims, liabilities and causes of action related to my participation in this event. I attest that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for the completion of this event and that my condition has been verified by a licensed medical doctor. I further grant permission to any of the foregoing organizations to take and use photographs, video, and recordings or any other record of this event for any purpose whatsoever.

If signed by a parent, the parent agrees to release and hold the above-named organizations and persons harmless of any claims which may be asserted by or on behalf of the entrant as well.

BIB PICKUP

Early Packet Pickup (RECOMMENDED):  Saturday, June 22 from 2pm - 6pm at rear entrance of New Hyde Park Funeral Home (506 Lakeville Road, New Hyde Park, NY)

All who pickup their bib early will be entered into a raffle to win 4 great seats to the Mets game on 6/28!

Race Day: Sunday, June 23 from 7:45 - 8:45am at rear entrance New Hyde Park Funeral Home (506 Lakeville Road, New Hyde Park, NY)

  • Register 3 weeks in advance to get a personalized bib to run or walk in honor or memory of someone!
  • You must know your bib number in order to pick up your bib. If you do not know your bib number there will be a Self Lookup area. 
  • Your bib number will be texted or emailed to you at least 2 hours prior to bib pickup.
