The Caumsett Foundation is a 100% volunteer-run 501(c)(3) organization. Formed by interested local citizens in 1995, every dollar donated goes directly towards ongoing restoration projects, educational, cultural, and environmental programs in the park.  

The Caumsett Foundation's mission is to support and enhance Caumsett State Historic Park Preserve as a unique and historic environment on Long Island's North Shore.  The Foundation is dedicated to education, low-impact recreation, historic and environmental preservation, and conservation of the scenic value, natural heritage, and cultural history of the site.

Suggested Amounts

Registration fees are used toward race expenses and cannot be returned once you sign up.

ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

Nor are they transferable from year to year. Once you are signed up, race fees are used for race expenses and cannot be returned.

In consideration of accepting this entry, I understand and agree to be legally bound hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors and waive, release and hold harmless The Run for Caumsett 5K Run/Walk, The Caumsett Foundation, Proactive Physical Therapy, Caumsett State Historic Park Preserve, The Town of Lloyd Harbor, elitefeats inc., and any volunteers and all race sponsors and their agents, employees and representatives for any and all injuries, claims, liabilities and causes of action related to my participation in this event. I attest that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for the completion of this event and that my condition has been verified by a licensed medical doctor. I further grant permission to any of the foregoing organizations to take and use photographs, video, and recordings or any other record of this event for any purpose whatsoever.

If signed by a parent, the parent agrees to release and hold the above-named organizations and persons harmless of any claims which may be asserted by or on behalf of the entrant as well.

BIB PICKUP

Early Pickup is FRIDAY 5/10 8 am - 5 pm: Proactive Physical Therapy 52 Wall Street, Huntington Village, NY 11743

Day of Race: Onsite at Caumsett Park: 8:00AM

  • Hurry; Register 3 weeks in advance to get a personalized Race Number!
  • You must know your bib number in order to pick up your bib. If you do not know your bib number there will be a Self Lookup area. 
  • If you register more than 24 hours in advance, your bib number will be texted or emailed to you at least 2 hours prior to bib pickup.
  • If you register within 24 hours of bib pickup please bring your confirmation email, either on your phone or printed, in order to be assigned a bib.
