In consideration of accepting this entry, I understand and agree to be legally bound hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors and waive, release and hold harmless Long Island Police Appreciation 5K Run/Walk, Greater Long Island Running Club, David Lerner Associates, USA Track & Field, USA Track & Field Long Island, elitefeats inc., and any volunteers and all race sponsors and their agents, employees and representatives for any and all injuries, claims, liabilities and causes of action related to my participation in this event. I attest that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for the completion of this event and that my condition has been verified by a licensed medical doctor. I further grant permission to any of the foregoing organizations to take and use photographs, video, and recordings or any other record of this event for any purpose whatsoever.

Open and Masters male and female runner with the fastest combined time in the David Lerner Associates Long Island Police Appreciation Run on June 27th and the D.C. Raymond Downey "Forever Running" 5K Run on June 16th.

BIB PICKUP

Day of Race Pickup: Eisenhower Park-Field House (Between Parking Field #1 and Parking Field #2)
5:15 pm to 6:45 pm on day of race.

Early Pickup: Wednesday, June 26, Noon to 6:00 pm, GLIRC Clubhouse, 101 Dupont Street, Suite 24, Plainview.

Hurry; Register 3 weeks in advance to get a personalized Race Number!
