All athletes 14 years of age and older may compete 
as an Open Athlete
Athletes under 14 years of age may compete in the 55m, 200m, 400m, Relays and Long Jump

AWARDS

Top 3 M/F in Events: Championship medals to those in the Open & Masters Championship.

Top 3 M/F in Events: Winter Track & Field medals to those not competing in the Championship.
